Russia can create a unified document on economic policy, this initiative was proposed by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov at the Gaidar forum.
Siluanov made this proposal responding to the question of head of State Duma's Budget and Taxes Committee Andrei Makarov, who asked discussion participants why Russia has three different economic policies, naming tax policy, customs policy and budget policy.
