Islamic State and other terrorist groups in the Middle East have access to toxic substances, including mustard gas. This statement was by spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova.
According to her, IS and other radical groups in the Middle East actually received access to components and technologies for production of chemical weapons, and began to use it in Syria and Iraq. ‘’It was confirmed now about full involvement of chemical toxical agents as the mustard gas,’’ Gazeta.ru cites the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
