The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated that the international media have launched a powerful anti-Russian campaign.
"From the very beginning of the military part of Russia’s counter-terror operation in Syria, which was initiated after the official request of the government of that country, the international media launched a powerful anti-Russian campaign. The main accusations were about the alleged illegality, irrationality and ambiguity of Russia's actions in Syria," she said.
