The Russian Foreign Ministry has stated that the Turkish side knows how to normalize relations with Moscow.
"The Turkish side is well aware of what it needs to do in order to normalize Russian-Turkish relations. The things that we said a few weeks ago are completely true today,'' Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Meshkov said.
Earlier, he said that in the framework of civilized interstate relations Turkey should apologize for the downed Su-24, repair the damage, as well as guarantee that such incidents won't occur in the future, RIA Novosti reports.
