Today, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Ryabkov expressed disappointment over the behavior of the United States in bilateral relations with Russia.
"We are very disappointed over the way the US administration behaves in bilateral track. Secretary of State John Kerry just visited Moscow, and there are already new sanctions. Sanctions affected two Russian citizens, that interacted with Syrian partners on a completely legal and completely legitimate basis," he said, speaking about the reasons for disappointment.
