Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will visit Russia on an official visit on February 21-23, 2017 at the invitation of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
During the talks scheduled for February 22, the ministers will discuss a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, regional and international policies.
In addition, the intensity of the contacts between the foreign ministries of the two countries and the close co-ordination within the UN, the EEU, the CSTO, the CIS, the OSCE, the BSEC and other associations and organizations is stressed.
According to the ministry, the visit will continue the rich Russian-Armenian dialogue, focused on the further development of the close cooperation in political, trade-economic and
humanitarian fields.
April 3, 2017 marks the 25th anniversary of establishment of the Armenian-Russian diplomatic relations.
