Russian Foreign Ministry: we to never negotiate with ISIL

Russia will not attempt to make any contacts or negotiate with ISIL and Jabhat al-Nusra militant groups, even if they lay down their arms, the Deputy Russian Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov said. 

"These are terrorist groups, we shall not make any contacts with them. There will never be a discussion on the rights of terrorists, on preconditions. Russia will not negotiate with them," Sputnik cited Syromolotov as saying.

Both ISIL and Jabhat al-Nusra militant groups are banned in Russia.
