The recovery of investment activity in Russia will be seen in the second half of 2017, the Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev said at the Russia Calling financial forum.
"Only the second half of 2017, according to our expectations, is the start of investment activity," Reuters cited Ulyukayev as saying.
He noted that Russia's economy will gradually start to grow starting from the fourth quarter of this year.
