The sale of its oil by Iran at dumping prices will force other exporters to take similar action, the deputy head of Russian Ministry of Energy Kirill Molodtsov stated.
"This is a competition, the risks are traditional. Europe has also been a traditional market for the Iranians, in this sense, the issue of dumping, and the issue of price formation ... Anyone who will go out and use dumping, of course, will compel the current suppliers to change the price range," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
