Russian Ministry of Finance expects growth of Russian economy by the end of the year

The head of Russian Ministry of Finance, Anton Siluanov, said that by the end of 2016 we can expect a growth of the Russian economy.

According to him, the Russian economy as a whole has adapted to the new conditions. "Structural changes happened ... By the end of the year, according to our estimations, the economy will show a positive growth,’’ TASS quotes him as saying.

Siluanov also said that despite the adaptation to the new conditions of the economy, the budget has yet to do so.
