Russia plans to build a nuclear aircraft carrier by 2030, the Head of the Navy Ship Building Directorate of the Defense Ministry, Captain of the First Rank, Vladimir Tryapichnikov said in an interview with RSN radio.
"Of course, under current conditions such an aircraft carrier has to be equipped with a specific power plant," he added.
