State spending on technical equipment for the national projects must be transparent, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
“We need to ensure strict targeted use of the funds allocated for the purchase of equipment and machinery,” Putin told the government.
“We need to ensure absolute transparency in this sphere, I want to emphasize this. The money transactions must be tracked closely on all levels of administration and all types of budget spending," PRIME cited the Russian leader as saying.
Putin also said that Russian products must be competitive, which includes a good after-sales service.
