Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will make an official visit to Kazakhstan on November 1, Kazakh Foreign Ministry spokesman Aibek Smadiyarov said at a briefing.
"On November 1, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will visit Kazakhstan. He is expected to meet with the country’s leadership during the visit," TASS cited him as saying.
According to the Kazakh Foreign Ministry spokesman, the two countries’ prime ministers will discuss "the current state of and prospects for trade, economic, regional, transport, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia, as well as interaction concerning the Baikonur complex."
The parties are also expected to exchange views on cooperation within integration groups.
It was earlier reported that Medvedev will travel to China on November 5-7.
