Russia may soon resume flights to Egypt, head of the Transport Ministry Maxim Sokolov said.
"It's possible. If I visit Egypt, we will discuss this," Sokolov said, noting that he may visit Egypt as part of the Russian delegation along with President Vladimir Putin on December 11.
