Russian and Turkish foreign ministers, Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu will hold talks on the situation in the Transcaucasia, Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, Trend reports.
“The meeting of Lavrov and Cavusoglu will be held in the Turkish city of Alanya in early December,” Zakharova said.
Earlier, Cavusoglu said Lavrov is expected to visit Turkey on December 1.
Zakharova added that Lavrov and Cavusoglu will discuss the preparation for the High-Level Russia-Turkey Cooperation Council, to be held in early 2017.
