Talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul will begin at 10:30 am Moscow time on March 29, the Turkish presidential office said on Monday.
"Talks between the delegations will begin at 10:30 am tomorrow. They will be held at the Dolmabahce presidential office. The meeting will be held behind closed doors," it said.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has confirmed that the Russian and Ukrainian delegations will meet in Istanbul on March 29.
"Talks between the delegations will begin in Istanbul tomorrow. Ahead of them, we will hold a brief meeting with the parties," he said.
