A Russian air base will be created on the territory of neighboring Belarus, and Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the corresponding agreement between the Russian Federation and Belarus to be signed today.
"To instruct the Defense Ministry to hold talks with Belarus with the participation of the Russian Foreign Ministry, and after reaching an agreement sign said agreement on behalf of the Russian Federation," TASS cited the document.
