Russian ambassador summoned to Turkish Foreign Ministry

Today Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov was summoned to the Turkish Foreign Ministry again, Haber7 reports.

According to information, the reason for the summoning of the ambassador was the Caesar Kunikov Russian military vessel in the straits, where a Russian soldier stood on the deck with the Strela-2 man-portable infrared homing surface-to-air missile.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu noted that it was a provocation, Trend reports.
