The Russian delegation met with the US parliamentarians in the margins of the OSCE PA in Berlin.
First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Vladimir Jabarov recalled that the first such meeting on the PA OSCE platform took place last year in Vienna and was of a constructive nature. After that meeting, the delegation of American parliamentarians twice visited Moscow and made visits to the State Duma and the Federation Council.
