Russian and Israeli diplomats discuss Gaza situation in Moscow

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, particularly the situation in Gaza Strip, was the main topic of discussion between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin and Israeli Ambassador to Russia Oded Yosef.

The diplomats discussed humanitarian conditions in the Palestinian exclave within the context of current ceasefire arrangements and recently adopted UN resolutions.

The parties also discussed current issues in Russian-Israeli relations, focusing on prospects for strengthening bilateral ties and expanding cooperation in various areas.
