Russian and Kazakh presidents lay wreaths at Tomb of Unknown Soldier

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev laid wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden.

The ceremony was attended by war veterans, as well as the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the Chief of the Russian presidential staff, Sergey Ivanov, the chairman of the Russian Constitutional Court Valery Zorkin, the Speaker of Russia’s Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko, the Russian State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin, the Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Kazakh ministers and other members of the delegation, TASS reports.
