Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed the situation in the Syrian city of Aleppo in a telephone conversation, a source from the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
"During the talks, the two sides discussed the situation in Syria, mostly, in Aleppo. Cavusoglu stressed the importance of the evacuation of civilians and emphasized that the Syrian government forces continued its offensive on Aleppo," Sputnik cited the source as saying.
