Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar have held telephone negotiations, Anadolu Agency reported.
According to the agency, the two ministers discussed the situation in Syria and issues of bilateral cooperation.
In the second half of Augustm Hulusi Akar came to Moscow twice to meet with Sergei Shoigu.
