Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said today that Russia has resumed shipments of coal to Ukraine.
"Yesterday the President ordered supplies to be resumed. Baking coal has already begun to be shipped. It will be supplied to those factories in Ukraine that produce the relevant products," Tass cites him as saying.
