Russian Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov said talks to rebuild the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on Iran's nuclear program in Vienna address the last outstanding issues.
"A brainstorming meeting with the Heads of the French, German and U.K. delegations at the Vienna talks. We discussed possible ways and means of resolving the last outstanding issues," he wrote.
The diplomat noted that similar meetings are being held by all other participants in the negotiations in different formats.
