Today Head of ‘Gazprom’ Alexey Miller and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Georgia Kakha Kaladze discussed the possible transit of Russian gas through Georgia at a meeting in Milan.
"The main aim of the meeting was a continuation of discussing of supplement of the Russian gas through the territory of Georgia and its commercial supplies," Tass cites the statement.
Recall, on October 8th Georgian Energy Minister said at the round table of the Power of Georgia that the country would like to buy more Russian gas at competitive prices. He also noted that Azerbaijan is the main supplier of gas now.
