The Russian low-cost airline Pobeda is to begin sales in October and start its first flights to Europe in November, RBC cites a source in Aeroflot.
According to the media, the Ministry of Transportation has approved flights to Bratislava, Dresden, Cologne, Bergamo, Salzburg, Chambery and Verona.
