Russian sailors rescue Ukrainian from Azov

Russian border guards have rescued a resident of Mariupol. 

According to the press service of the Russian FSB border department in the Rostov region, a citizen of Ukraine was in the Sea of Azov on an air cushion and failed to return to the shore.
