The Russian special forces are more skillful in close combat than their counterparts from the US and other NATO countries, the Airborne Intelligence Chief, Major-General Oleg Polguev, said on RNS radio.
According to him, today it is already recognized that the most highly qualified, numerous and effective special forces are in Russia and in the United States.
