The head of Board of Trustees of the Weightlifting Federation of Russia Sergey Yeremin said that Russian weightlifters, banned from participation in the Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, will be able to participate in the tournament that will be held 'Salyut Heraklion' complex in Moscow on August 5-7.
At the same time Eremin stressed that he discussed the issue of ban with a number of executives of the Federation. "We hope that those athletes that could not go to Rio will be able to hold their out Olympic Games with great results," he concluded.
