Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov took second place in popularity among Russians: 10% of respondents voted for him. Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu closes the top three with 8%.
The position of "Woman of the Year" was shared by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko: 6% of respondents voted for them, RIA Novosti reports.
