The best result in ribbon exercises in qualifying competitions of the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku was shown by Russians Arina Averina and Alexandra Soldatova: Averina got the first place with 17.9 points, Soldatova was second with 17.3 points.
Bulgaria's Neviana Vladinova was third with 16.9 points.
Azerbaijani gymnast Zhala Piriyeva shared 10-11th place with 15.4 points.
