Russians to receive 13th pension?

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky announced that  in the spring session, the faction intends to adopt a bill on the 13th pension and raise of the minimum wage to 15,000 rubles.

"Economic inequality is growing in the country: the super-rich are getting even richer, and the poor are getting poorer. Therefore, the LDPR plans for the spring session: to adopt a bill on the 13th pension for pensioners and raise the minimum wage to 15,000, and, in the future, to 30,000 rubles," the parliamentarian wrote in Twitter.
