The chief psychiatrist of the RF Health Ministry Evgeny Brun has urged Russians not to abuse alcohol during the celebration of the New Year.
"The New Year is better to celebrate in sobriety. It is better not to drink at all, just a glass of champagne and then sing, dance and go for a walk," Interfax cites him as saying.
