Moscow considers the US statements about a tougher response to chemical weapons provocations in Syria a pure manifestation of the policy of threats and blackmail, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Tuesday, UrduPoint reported.
On Monday, US National Security Adviser John Bolton said that the United States, the United Kingdom and France had agreed that any use of chemical weapons by the government of Syriawould result in a much stronger response than in previous incidents.
"This is a pure manifestation of the policy of threats and blackmail. This is a cynical manipulation of facts and real situation," Ryabkov told reporters at the first UN conference on space law and policy.
