The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has commissioned a new well at ‘Oil Rocks’ field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, SOCAR said.
The daily flow rate of the well No. 2156, drilled from the platform No.2150 in the range of 1601-1593 meters, will be 10 metric tons of oil.
Currently, SOCAR is implementing the program on stabilizing and increasing the oil production volume, Trend reports.
