In January of this year the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) increased drilling works by 46.7% in comparison with December of last year, a statement of the company informs.
During January 2016 the company drilled 9809 meters compared to 6686 meters in December (without joint ventures and operating companies). The best result in the history of the monthly index of drilling (17,414 meters) was recorded in July 2012, abc.az reports.
