SOCAR to continue implementation of oil projects
The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) does not plan to interrupt any of its projects due to the fall in world oil prices, the SOCAR vice president, Suleyman Gasimov, said today.
"Our projects are at various stages of implementation, and we have given up on none of them. SOCAR retained 20% of the project construction of the energy facilities in Malta. SOCAR Trading has the right to be the fuel supplier to the Maltese power station, and we have recently confirmed the continuation of our interest in this project," the abc.az news agency quotes Gasimov as saying.
