The Ukrainian budget loses at least $5 billion due to state enterprises' corruption schemes. The statement was made by the governor of the Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili during a presentation at an anti-corruption forum in Odessa.
"The amount of lost revenues from certain oligarchic groups may be more than $5 billion a year," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
