According to the governor of the Odessa region, Mikheil Saakashvili, after 100 days any smuggling across the Odessa territory will be controlled after the reform of customs.
"We have worked out a plan together according to which after about 100 days, almost all smuggling in the Odessa region will be prevented," Interfax cites him telling a press conference with the head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Roman Nasirov.
