Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili won a settlement against the owner of the Georgian Liberti Bank, Irakli Rukhadze, in the Netherlands. The former leader of Georgia wrote a relevant message in Facebook.
Rukhadze demanded compensation from Saakashvili and apologies for public statements in his address. In May, Saakashvili said that Rukhadze robs the population of Georgia with the help of the banks.
"The main oligarchic support of Ivanishvili, Rukhadze, lost completely the lawsuit against me in the Dutch court. This is the difference between the European court and Bidzina’s court. The Dutch court only needed one day to sort things out, "the ex-president wrote.
