According to Mikheil Saakashvili’s post on Facebook, the governor of the Odessa region and former Georgian President believes that people can overcome massive theft in Ukraine.
After the head of the Regional Administration visited one of the settlements of the region, he said that the high price of land is due to the actions of government officials, who resell the land to their relatives.
According to the governor, this situation is typical for the whole of Ukraine as "candidates massively join provincial and city councils in order to steal."
