On the eve of its autumnal session, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) held elections between the members of the Monitoring Committee.
The head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, Samad Seyidov, was unanimously elected the deputy chairman of the committee, APA reports.
