Russian political parties have named their candidates for the post of Head of North Ossetia-Alania.
On the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, consultations with representatives of the parties for the nomination to the post of the highest official of the republic of Kabardino-Balkaria were organized today.
President Putin was represented by the first deputy head of the Kremlin administration, Vyacheslav Volodin, the United Russia party by its Secretary General Council Sergey Neverov, the Communist Party by the first deputy chairman of the Central Committee Ivan Melnikov, the Liberal Democratic Party, Fair Russia and Patriots of Russia represented by their party leaders Vladimir Zhirinovsky Sergey Mironov and Gennady Semigin, TASS reports with a reference to one of the meeting's participants.
