According to Alexey Vorobyov, host of the recently concluded Intervision Song Contest in Russia, Saudi Arabia has expressed its desire to host the next edition of Intervision in 2026.
"We are pleased to announce that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has officially announced its readiness to host the Intervision Song Contest in 2026",
Alexey Vorobyov stated.
As previously reported, Intervision's primary goal is to strengthen international cooperation and preserve cultural independence. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov noted that the host country for the next contest would be announced shortly after the final.
