Saudi Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi has said that the Saudi delegation will take part in the meeting on freezing oil production, which is to take place in Qatar.
As expected, the meeting of oil-producing countries is to take place in the expanded format. A decision about the freezing of oil production may be taken in Doha on April 17th. The head of the Russian Energy Ministry, Alexander Novak, stated that participation in the meeting has been confirmed by about 15 countries.
