Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov together with his family have visited the Kaaba in Mecca.
By order of the King of Saudi Arabia, Muslim shrines have been opened for them unscheduled.
According to the rules, the interior of the Kaaba is opened only twice a year for guests of honor, Tass reports.
