Sberbank has applied for participation in the capital of the National Rating Agency, President and CEO of Sberbank German Gref reported.
Created in Russia, the National Rating Agency should begin its work in the fourth quarter of this year. It is expected that the capital of the agency will amount to 3 billion rubles with an equal distribution of shares among investors in the amount of up to 5%.
Banks, insurance and asset management companies as well as issuers may become investors.
