A 17-year-old girl was killed in a Turkish border town today by rockets launched from Syria, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said.
Yildirim told a press conference in Ankara that 17-year-old Fatma Avlar was killed in a rocket attack, the Daily Mail reported.
According to Anadolu news agency, the girl died after she was taken to hospital.
The agency added that the rockets were launched by the YPG and hit two different houses.
Multiple rockets have hit the Turkish border provinces of Hatay and Kilis, and already killed at least four people before Wednesday.
