Sea voyages have been canceled in Istanbul due to strong winds and heavy rain, the Organization for the Management of Maritime Transport of Turkey reported, adding that sea voyages have been also canceled in Bursa province.
Unstable weather conditions in these areas will reportedly last until the middle of the week.
On December 19, a heavy storm led to the flooding of a number of offices in Istanbul's Beylikduzu district.
